FULL BIOGRAPHY

Rev. Michaelia Daubon is the founder and president of Radiant Hope International and the founder and CEO of DiscovOri Transformational Coaching, Counseling and Mentorship. She has carried the vision, spiritual burden, and strategic oversight of both ministries since their inception, and her work sits at the intersection of spiritual formation, emotional healing, leadership development, and kingdom assignment.

An ordained minister, MA-level clinical mental health counselor, transformational coach, educator, author, and speaker, Michaelia brings together the precision of clinical training and the depth of theological scholarship in a way rarely found in a single voice. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Honors from Pentecostal Theological Seminary and brings MA-level clinical mental health training to every space she serves. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Hartford. Her academic formation spans art, theology, education, and clinical mental health, and she brings all of it to bear in the spaces she builds and the people she serves.

Michaelia carries a Seer-Builder grace with pastoral warmth. She can discern what is beneath the surface, give language to what people have been carrying, and build spaces where believers and leaders can be restored, equipped, and strengthened for the work they are called to carry. Her ministry is marked by prophetic insight, practical structure, and a deep concern for the health of the whole person.

Through Radiant Hope International, Michaelia equips believers, leaders, intercessors, and glory carriers to tend their inner lives, strengthen their capacity, and walk in wholeness without losing the weight of their calling. She is the host of the 5 AM Capacity Builders Network, a live prayer gathering anchored in the Word, and the lead visionary behind the ROARR Conference, an annual gathering focused on soul care, spiritual warfare, identity, and sustainable kingdom assignment. Her ministry is shaped by both professional training and personal experience, including her own journey of healing, wholeness, and purpose. She carries a deep conviction that the body of Christ needs both spiritual depth and practical tools to live, lead, and serve well.

Through DiscovOri Transformational Coaching, Counseling and Mentorship, Michaelia serves individuals, couples, and leaders who are navigating the after-effects of trauma, emotional wounds, and limiting beliefs. DiscovOri exists at the intersection of professional clinical practice and spiritual formation, and Michaelia built it as a space where healing is not a detour from purpose; it is the path to it. She is joined in this work by her husband, Bishop Andrew Daubon, MA, who serves as Vice President of DiscovOri, bringing his own MA-level clinical mental health training, pastoral wisdom, and years of counseling and ministry experience.

Michaelia is the author of Mended Yet Broken and Guardians of the Wells, the first book in the ROARR Rising series, and her writing carries the same signature that marks her platform ministry: honest, layered, and built for the person ready to go deeper. She is a trained educator and art major who processes the world visually and conceptually, and that comes through in everything she creates, from conferences to curricula to the tools she builds for leaders navigating complex inner terrain.

She is a sought-after speaker and conference host whose voice is both prophetically sharp and clinically grounded. She has spoken across the United States, Canada, and Jamaica, and she has built a reputation as someone who not only stirs a room but equips it. Whether she is preaching, teaching, hosting, or writing, Michaelia brings the same thing every time: clarity, depth, and a steady conviction that people are worth the work.

She serves alongside her husband, Bishop Andrew Daubon, Senior Pastor of Celestial Praise Church of God in Springfield, Massachusetts. Together, they co-pastor, co-lead, and co-build a ministry that is both spiritually alive and practically structured for the long haul.

FULL BIOGRAPHY

Bishop Andrew Daubon is a seasoned pastor, MA-level clinical mental health counselor, theological scholar, and transformational leader whose ministry spans the pulpit, the counseling room, and the classroom. He serves as Senior Pastor of Celestial Praise Church of God in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he leads with a pastor's heart and a clinician's precision, equipping believers not just to attend church but to carry the kingdom with clarity and capacity.

Bishop Daubon holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Honors from Pentecostal Theological Seminary. His MA-level clinical mental health training shapes the depth and practicality of everything he teaches and every person he serves. Whether he is preaching from the pulpit, facilitating a workshop, or walking with a family in crisis, he brings together the language of scripture and the tools of the mental health field in a way that is both spiritually grounded and clinically sound.

He serves as District Overseer of the Springfield District of Churches under the Southern New England Church of God, a role that reflects the trust placed in his leadership across the broader body of Christ. His voice carries weight not only within the local congregation but also across denominational structures, and he brings the same posture of accountability and care to every platform he steps onto.

Bishop Daubon serves as Vice President of DiscovOri Transformational Coaching, Counseling and Mentorship, an organization built alongside his wife, Rev. Michaelia Daubon. Together, they created a space where healing, identity, and purpose converge. DiscovOri exists at the intersection of professional clinical practice and spiritual formation, and Andrew's co-leadership ensures that every client who walks through that door is met with both the competence of a credentialed counselor and the compassion of a pastor who has done his own work.

He serves as Vice President and Director of Spiritual Oversight for Radiant Hope International, a para-church equipping ministry founded by Rev. Michaelia Daubon. In this role, he provides pastoral support, spiritual accountability, wise counsel, and ministerial presence across RHI events and initiatives. His MA-level clinical mental health training adds a professional and practical dimension to this pastoral role, equipping him to support the emotional and spiritual health of the ministry and its people with care and competence. He helps steward the spiritual atmosphere, supports ministry advancement, and brings a steady, faith-filled presence to gatherings, leadership conversations, and donor engagement. His role within RHI ensures that people are not only spiritually stirred but pastorally cared for and practically supported, strengthening the overall mission of the ministry from the inside out.

Andrew is the author of Marriage: A Loveseat for Two, a resource that draws from years of relationship coaching, pastoral counsel, and his own lived covenant with Michaelia. The book reflects his conviction that healthy marriages do not happen by accident, they are built intentionally, with honesty, faith, and the willingness to grow. He and Michaelia have been leading couples through this kind of intentional work together for years, through coaching, workshops, and the premarital program they developed and continue to refine.

Bishop Daubon is a sought-after conference speaker and workshop facilitator known for his ability to hold a room. He anchors sessions with structured, scripture-rooted teaching that is accessible across generations and backgrounds. He has spoken across the United States and internationally, and his presence on any platform brings a combination of authority, warmth, and pastoral care that leaves audiences both equipped and encouraged.

He and Michaelia are the co-hosts of the ROARR Conference, an annual gathering for believers, leaders, and glory carriers navigating soul care, identity, and kingdom assignment. Together, they represent a rare combination: two credentialed clinical professionals who are also ordained ministers, co-pastors, and co-leaders who have built everything they offer on the foundation of their own faith, their own healing, and their own covenant.

Bishop Andrew Daubon is not just a preacher or a clinician. He is a pastor, an advisor, and a community builder. Wherever he shows up, people feel steadied, seen, and strengthened. And that is exactly what he is called to do.
