You have accessed the website and services of DiscovOri Transformational Coaching & Counseling (“DiscovOri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a DBA of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC, located at discovori.com. By using our services (booking a session, registering for a program, submitting a form, or purchasing digital content), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Who We Are
DiscovOri is a faith-integrated coaching and counseling practice led by Rev. Michaelia Daubon and Bishop Andrew Daubon. We work with individuals, couples, and leaders through transformational coaching, trauma-informed care, premarital and relationship coaching, mentorship, and leadership development. Our services are available in person and virtually.
Faith is woven into how we approach our work. Where spiritual care, prayer, or Scripture is part of a session, it is offered at the client’s direction and comfort, never imposed. Clients of all backgrounds are welcome. Our spiritual framework informs our values - it does not determine yours.
DiscovOri operates as a DBA of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC, a Massachusetts-based company.
2. Our Services
Services offered through DiscovOri include:
- Individual coaching and mentorship sessions
- Trauma recovery and inner healing coaching
- Premarital and relationship coaching, including the Loveseat for Two program
- Couples coaching and marriage enrichment
- Leadership development and emotional support training
- Group coaching programs and cohorts
- Workshops, intensives, and speaking engagements
- Digital downloads, guides, and course materials
- Individual Counseling
Program details, session structure, and pricing are described on the website or communicated during intake. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Coaching and Counseling: Understanding the Difference
DiscovOri offers both coaching and counseling services. Rev. Michaelia Daubon and Bishop Andrew Daubon hold advanced degrees in clinical mental health counseling and operate under both coaching and clinical frameworks depending on the nature of each engagement. Because we work in both capacities, it is important that you understand what each involves and which applies to you
Coaching
Coaching is goal-oriented and forward-focused. It helps you move toward specific personal, relational, or leadership goals. Coaching does not involve clinical diagnosis or the treatment of mental health conditions. It operates on the assumption that you are capable of directing your own growth with structure and support. As a standalone service, coaching is not governed by HIPAA, though confidentiality is maintained as a contractual commitment. Mandated reporting obligations still apply in all service contexts.
Counseling
Counseling is a clinical service. It addresses emotional, psychological, relational, and behavioral concerns and may involve assessing mental health symptoms. When DiscovOri provides services in a counseling capacity, those services are subject to Massachusetts mental health law, HIPAA, and applicable professional ethical codes. In that context, your provider holds specific clinical duties—including the duty to warn, the duty to report, and mandated reporting—that carry legal weight beyond a standard contractual agreement.
Which Service Applies to You
The service type in effect for your engagement is established at intake and documented in your client file. If your service type changes at any point – for example, if coaching surfaces clinical concerns that warrant a shift to counseling – your provider will discuss that with you directly. No change in service type takes effect without your knowledge and a new or updated written consent. You have the right to ask your provider at any time which framework is in use during your sessions.
Coaching Is Not a Crisis Service
Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis services. If your situation requires clinical support beyond what coaching can provide, we will say so and connect you with the right resource.

4. Registration and Your Account
To access certain services, you will need to register and provide accurate, current information about yourself. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away at [email protected], and we will address it promptly.
We reserve the right to pause or end access to our services if we determine that our Terms have been materially violated or that services are being misused. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you before taking that step unless circumstances require otherwise.
5. Payments and Refunds
Fees are stated at the point of registration or provided during intake. Completing a purchase or registration authorizes the associated charge. We currently accept payment through Square and Stripe. Specific payment links are provided at enrollment or invoicing.
Refund terms vary by service type:
Session-based services: Cancellations 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment may be credited or rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours are generally non-refundable.
Programs and cohorts: Once access has been granted or the first session has taken place, program fees are non-refundable. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Live events and intensives: Refund terms specific to each event are provided at registration.

6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
DiscovOri, a DBA of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC, may send text messages to individuals who voluntarily opt in. Submitting a form or providing your phone number does not by itself constitute SMS consent. Consent must be given through a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on the applicable form.
We use two separate types of SMS communications:
Service and Appointment Texts
When you opt in to transactional communications, you may receive appointment reminders, session confirmations, enrollment information, event updates, and delivery of resources you have requested.
Promotional and Ministry Texts
When you opt in to marketing communications separately, you may receive information about upcoming programs, events, coaching offers, and ministry announcements. This opt-in is optional and is not required to receive services.
Message frequency varies depending on your active programs and engagement level. You may receive between 2 and 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
To stop receiving texts at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving services from DiscovOri.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is kept confidential. We will not disclose information about you to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or professional ethics. Those situations include:
- Credible risk of harm to yourself or another person
- Reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult
- A court order or legal subpoena
Coaching Confidentiality
In a coaching relationship, confidentiality is maintained as a contractual commitment. The protections are defined by this agreement and the terms you sign at intake. Coaching records are not PHI under HIPAA unless services are provided in a clinical context.
Counseling Confidentiality
When services are provided in a counseling capacity, confidentiality is both contractual and legally mandated under Massachusetts mental health law and HIPAA. Counseling records constitute protected health information (PHI) and are subject to stricter access, retention, and disclosure rules. Your provider is a mandated reporter and holds specific legal duties that apply regardless of the terms of any private agreement.
If you are unsure which confidentiality framework applies to your engagement, ask your provider. That question will always be answered directly.
Sessions conducted via video, phone, or digital messaging are subject to the security policies of those platforms. We take reasonable precautions, but no platform can guarantee complete security.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by DiscovOri – including coaching frameworks, workbooks, program materials, session recordings, audio content, and downloads – is the property of Dynamic Alignment Enterprise LLC. You may use materials you purchase for your own personal development. You may not copy, share, resell, or teach our content as your own without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Coaching, counseling, and mentorship are relational processes. We show up fully for every person we work with, and we take that seriously. At the same time, outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we cannot and do not guarantee specific results.
Individual results vary based on your own readiness, effort, and circumstances.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNAMIC ALIGNMENT ENTERPRISE LLC, DISCOVORI, AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR CONTENT.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved under Massachusetts law.

12. Description of SMS Use Cases
SMS messages may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment reminders and confirmations
Service updates and notifications
Customer support communications
Account-related alerts
Follow-up messages regarding inquiries or services
Promotional and marketing messages (where applicable and consented to)
13. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you provide consent again.
14. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Message frequency may vary.
15. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to opt in and receive SMS communications from our business.
