Rev. Michaelia Daubon is the founder of DiscovOri Transformational Coaching, Counseling, and Mentorship. She is a clinical mental health counselor, transformational coach, ordained minister, author, educator, and speaker whose work helps individuals, couples, and leaders move toward healing, clarity, identity, and purposeful living.

Michaelia brings together clinical understanding, spiritual insight, practical coaching, and lived experience. Her approach is honest, compassionate, and deeply intentional. She helps people name what they have been carrying, recognize the patterns that have shaped them, and begin building a healthier way forward.

Through DiscovOri, Michaelia creates space for people who are ready to do the deeper work of becoming whole. Whether she is working with someone around emotional wounds, relationship patterns, leadership pressure, identity confusion, or life transitions, her goal is to help them reconnect with who they are, how they were formed, and what they are called to carry.

Her work is also shaped by her broader ministry and leadership experience. She is the founder and president of Radiant Hope International, the host of the 5 AM Capacity Builders Network, the visionary behind the ROARR Conference, and the author of Mended Yet Broken and Guardians of the Wells, the first book in the ROARR Rising series.

She serves alongside her husband, Bishop Andrew Daubon, Senior Pastor of Celestial Praise Church of God in Springfield, Massachusetts.
